We use Procare daily to track our students, our volunteers and much more. It's easy for parents to use, reports are generated that are often necessary for our grant-writing, and our donors are impressed that a school run on 80% donations is able to be so “high-tech”.
Looking toward the future, we have plans to build a new state of the art facility for these special needs children enabling us to serve the children on our waiting list and more. Procare will go with us to the new building and continue to provide the record keeping we need in an efficient and easy way!
