My Procare Story

Hi my name is Andrea Dickerson. I'm the owner and director of Kingdom Kids Christian Learning Center. I feel that using Procare helps set me apart from other daycare centers in our area. I have a story to tell about how Procare enhanced my ability to do business. Previously I operated a center by another name and the business was sold. I knew better than to sell my Procare but in the haste of the transition my CD was misplaced. Long story short I called Procare and they knew exactly what to do. I updated the software, registering the name of my new center, and my Procare information was sent out to me brand new.

The best thing about Procare to me is that they are own your side. My Procare Support person worked patiently to get me back to using the software for my new facility. Everything went smoothly. What an awesome experience. Thanks Procare you really gave me the true feeling of being in business for myself but not by myself. I really am a proud user of Procare.
