The software is user friendly. The software was easy to set up and navigate. There are a lot of sections that would benefit different areas of the school. It is priced fairly for the amount of product you receive.
I like the Procare software b/c if is very easy to use and their customer service is very friendly and always provides great service that is efficient.

Security check in, family emergency information, FTE rosters, and account info. I love the fact that Procare is very secure and maintains updates consistently. Once understood, it is pretty user-friendly and allows to obtain reports to access specific information for analysis.
This is a great software that allows you to keep track of all that is important and it makes it easy to keep yourself organized.

It does make keeping track of the daily issues at our center easy. I like the dashboard. I like the ability to have the child and parent photos on the screen. The clock in and out is great.
Parents love the system, cut billing time tremendously, so much easier to keep track of roll and billing. The reports are easy to print and access. Has made my job as administrator so much easier.
ProCare’s versatility is extremely impressive. We use this application for students and staff alike as our sign in station and communication tool. This helps us track student and staff attendance down the day and minute which is invaluable to grant reporting, payroll and tuition reimbursements. It is easy to use and usually makes sense when starting something new. I like how things are set up so I only have to type a few things and my information or needs pop up. I was recently very thankful for the help of the support team when we lost all of our information due to a computer problem. They have worked very hard to help me with all of the problems that have arisen due to the crash.
