Save time and money in the longrun. A lot of what we now can do on Procare we were doing by hand. I also appreciate the Cloud portion so I am able to work from home.

Pros: Pretty easy to flow around in, the HELP support online is pretty easy and the people I have talked w over the phone for help have the utmost patience in the world, extremely friendly! I appreciate that!

Cons: Probably the amount of wait time when I need to call in to support. It isn’t the worst but usually I have about 18-25 calls ahead of me.
