It’s essential to running my business.

Pros: The procare software is very robust and the technical support is great for answering any/all questions.

Cons: The server often goes down or is slow and then our teachers/parents can’t sign in/out during these times. It is very frustrating.

Server down time is extremely rare outside of occasional scheduled maintenance┬┐which we carefully plan to take place outside of normal business hours for most centers.
