Procare has been great. Customer support is stellar (quick and efficient and patient), reasonably priced for what you get, features are great and they are open to new ideas and feedback, they keep up and in touch with clients. It’s not easy to learn new software but they do a great job putting as many accessible resources out there for clients to use to learn how to get going and maintain data. I’m so glad I finally dove in and purchased Procare.

Pros: Customer support is amazing. Resources for learning the software are always available and thorough. The software itself and all the things that can be done! Keeping up with needs of centers and new tech needs.

Cons: There’s such a learning curve learning new software and entering data (but there would be with any program) so I’m very excited for the parent portal as now some of that will be inputted directly from online!
