Prior to purchasing Procare, I was contacting by a consultant and she was very helpful and patient with me. After purchasing the software, I was contacted again to assist me with the setup and to help me better understand the items I purchased. Everyone that works for Procare is extremely helpful and they have helped us tremendously.

Pros: Procare is able to manage many aspects of a childcare center. The broad range of items available is very useful.

Cons: It can be a challenge to figure out how to operate at first, but it gets easier every time I use it.
