With time and attendance tracking software from ProCare you'll have child attendance and employee time sheet information available when you need it. Especially designed for your child-centered business the Attendance Tracker allows parents, employees and authorized pick up persons to check in and out at a Computer Check In Screen or ProCare Time Clock using their unique personal identification codes. Attendance Tracker also acts as an information hub simplifying communication with families and staff by sending messages and allowing access to view schedules, child immunizations and account balances. [Note: requires Family Data for child attendance and Employee Data for staff attendance.]

The Attendance Tracker is an add-on to ProCare's popular Family Data module and works with Family Accounting for child care billing. Add Employee Data and Instant Replay to review staffing and attendance trends and keep tabs on child / teacher ratios. For enhanced child care center security add an interior Door Controller to your check in computer. The Attendance Tracker may also be used with Food Program Record Keeping Software to generate meal counts based on child attendance.
