Absolutely. Support is always free (we even pay for the call) as long as you maintain a current version of Procare. See the Procare Support Policy for details.

Your investment in Procare includes Free Learning Tools like how-to videos and an introductory webinar for persons new to Procare. Of course Custom Training, focused on the particular needs of your center, is also available for a modest fee.
