Compatibility with browsers and assistive technology
Procare Desktop is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:
- Computers
- Windows 10 version 22H2 or higher.
Procare Desktop is not compatible with:
- Tablets
- Mobile phones
- Any browsers
- Any ARM processor. This includes Mac computers running the newer M1/M2 chips or Windows OS running on an ARM.
Procare Online is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:
- Computers
- Tablets
- Mobile phones
Procare Online is not compatible with:
- No browsers version prior to 2018
- Mobile operating systems older than iOS version 15.6 or Android version 11
Procare SchoolCare Works is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:

Known limitations for Procare Online:
- Daily Activities images: Uploaded images may not have text alternatives because we cannot ensure the quality of contributions.
- PDF Reports: Uploaded pdfs may not have text alternatives because we cannot ensure the quality of contributions.
