Based on your requests, we’re pleased to introduce the new Daily Graph Analysis report! It’s available in latest version of Procare (10.3) and shows both child and staff schedules on the same page.*
You’ll find this new report under Reports > Standard Reports > Family Data > Classroom Schedule. Then, choose the report called Schedule Summary: Daily Graph Analysis (staff/child).
*P.S. To take advantage of this report, you’ll want to be using both Child Schedules and Employee Schedules.
