Staff and teachers assigned to rooms with infants can use the Infant Activity Dashboard in the Procare child care mobile app to quickly and easily log regular activities, including: bottles, naps and diaper changes so they don’t have to turn their attention away from the children any longer than necessary. Each activity also allows teachers to record important information that needs to be included with your reports such as nap position, bottle size and types of diaper changes. Reminders can also be set to alert teachers when it’s time to perform or check for the activity again.

Staff can send and receive messages through the Procare child care mobile app. Administrators can search for staff members by name and filter a staff directory by room or status for messages. Choose whether staff have read-only access, which allows them to receive messages but not respond or compose new messages, or full access in which they can receive and send messages.

Text Alerts

The option to send text alerts allows you to communicate with staff members without a Procare account. These messages send as a text message to a staff member’s mobile device.
