This feature gives family members the option to complete a short form with specific information about their child’s start to the day, including:
• Wake-up time
• Time of last meal
• Time of last diaper/bathroom usage
• A section to add any other notes
These notes will display under the Messages section of the Procare child care mobile app in a new section labeled “drop-off notes.” Just one drop-off note can be submitted for each child per day, making it simple to see. Notes from previous days will be removed to avoid confusion.
Only drop-off notes submitted that day will be visible and staff will see notes for their room in chronological order from when they were submitted! A red dot will appear next to unread notes.
